Terms of Service.

1. What rv.studio is

rv.studio (the "Platform," "we," "us") is a practice, training, and research-instrumentation tool for remote viewing (RV) and associative remote viewing (ARV). It provides blind tasking, a committed reveal, scoring, and a calibration record so you can measure your own results under honest controls. It is method-agnostic: it instruments the discipline shared by CRV, ERV, TRV, SRV, ARV, and your own approach.

The Platform is about methodology and calibration — not a claim of paranormal efficacy. We do not assert that remote viewing works, that it produces accurate perceptions, or that any session will predict any outcome. We give you the protocol, the controls, and the math; your numbers speak for themselves. Tools, content, sample figures, and calibration features are provided for study and practice only.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use rv.studio. By using the Platform you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you can form a binding agreement.

Access is invite- and approval-gated. We operate a request-to-join model; access may be granted, declined, suspended, or revoked at our discretion. When approved, you may sign in through our unified sign-in — a supported social provider (e.g. Google or Microsoft) or a magic-link email. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current information when you request access and maintain your account, and keeping it up to date.
• Maintaining the security of your account and credentials, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@rv.studio if you suspect unauthorized use.
• Keeping to one account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred, and you may not create multiple accounts to evade limits, blinding controls, or a prior suspension.

3. Acceptable use

Use rv.studio only for its intended purpose and within the law. You agree not to:

• Abuse, harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate anyone, or post unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including where remote-viewing or market-linked activity may be restricted in your jurisdiction.
• Scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or harvest data; reverse-engineer, probe, or load-test the service; or access it through automated means except as we expressly permit.
• Attempt to defeat or circumvent the blindness or integrity controls — including trying to learn a target before reveal, de-anonymize a sealed binding, cue a viewer or analyst, manipulate scoring or calibration, or otherwise compromise the controls that keep sessions honest.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to other users' sessions, data, accounts, or the Platform's systems and security.
• Introduce malware, overload infrastructure, or evade rate limits, access gating, or account restrictions.

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content and suspending or terminating accounts.

4. Your content & intellectual property

You own your work. The transcripts, sketches, impressions, notes, and calibration record you create remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display back to you, and otherwise operate on your content solely to provide and improve the service — for example, to render your session, run scoring, and compute your calibration. This license lasts only as long as needed to operate the service and ends when you delete the content or your account, except for residual backups and anything we must retain by law.

If you upload target images or other materials, you confirm you have the right to use them: they must be lawfully sourced and must not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights. Do not upload material you do not own or have permission to use. The Platform's own software, design, text, and branding are ours or our licensors' and are protected by intellectual-property law; the Platform name and design system may not be copied or reused without permission.

Automated safety checks. To keep the Platform lawful and safe, images and other media you upload may be automatically checked for illegal content and serious abuse — in particular, child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Where such content is detected or otherwise comes to our attention, we may block or remove it, preserve the relevant data, suspend or terminate the account, and report it to and cooperate with the appropriate authorities — including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement — as required by law. This is a safety and legal-compliance measure, not a content feature, and it does not change your ownership of your lawful work. (Note that content you choose to encrypt end-to-end is stored in a form we cannot read; you remain responsible for keeping all content you upload lawful.)

If you believe content on rv.studio infringes your rights, report it to hello@rv.studio with enough detail to locate it. We will review and may remove material at our discretion.

5. Not financial, investment, or betting advice

This is important. Some ARV practice is tasked against real-world binary questions, which may be sourced from live markets (for example, questions surfaced from a Polymarket-style feed). That market sourcing exists for one reason only: it provides an objective, externally-resolved outcome to score your viewing against — for calibration and training.

• rv.studio is not a brokerage, exchange, betting service, prediction market, or investment adviser, and it does not place, broker, or facilitate any trade, wager, or transaction.
• Nothing on the Platform is financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, bet, or trade anything. A viewing, score, calibration figure, or surfaced market question is not a signal, tip, or prediction you should act on.
• Any real-world decision — including any trade, bet, or financial move you choose to make — is solely your responsibility and at your own risk. We are not responsible for any outcome, loss, or liability arising from such decisions.
• Market outcomes are externally sourced and not controlled or guaranteed by us. External data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and questions may resolve in ways we cannot predict.
• Any paper-money feature is a virtual practice bankroll only — credits with no monetary value, not purchasable, not redeemable, and not cashable. Staking credits on a prediction is a calibration and practice mechanic, not a wager, bet, or financial transaction, and rv.studio neither accepts nor pays out money on it.

Treat ARV here as a calibration-bound experiment with honest base rates — not a financial edge.

6. No guarantee of results · experimental nature

Remote viewing and ARV are scientifically contested. The historical research record carries documented methodology critiques, and the field has no settled mechanism. rv.studio makes no promise that these methods produce accurate perceptions or predictions, that practice will improve your results, or that any session, score, or calibration figure indicates real ability.

The Platform is provided on an experimental, "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Features may change, calibration methods may be revised, and sample or illustrative figures shown anywhere on the service are exactly that — illustrative, and not a representation of any individual's results or of expected performance.

7. Privacy & your data

Your sessions and calibration record are yours; we use your account and session data to operate the service, compute your calibration, and keep the integrity controls working. We do not sell your personal data. Authentication is handled through the unified sign-in, and we store only what is needed to identify your account and run the Platform.

The Platform is built around a blindness-first data model: it is designed so that who-can-see-what is enforced by the service, sealed bindings stay sealed until reveal, and your private viewing data is kept isolated. We describe our privacy and security posture — including protections for your data and the boundaries that keep sessions blind — in the privacy notice, without publishing the specific internal mechanisms (doing so would weaken them). 8. Independence & non-affiliation

rv.studio is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or a sponsor of any government program, institute, organization, author, researcher, or work referenced anywhere on the service. References to declassified archives, institutes, associations, and papers — including the historical STAR GATE program, SRI, The Monroe Institute, the PEAR/Princeton work, and any named researcher or method — are cited for independent study and historical context only, and do not imply any affiliation, partnership, or endorsement in either direction. All names, trademarks, and works are the property of their respective owners.

9. Premium & Pro access

Some features are or will be offered as a premium "Pro" tier. No payment is processed today. Current Pro access is by request / early-access and is granted at our discretion. If and when paid billing launches, paid features will be governed by separate billing terms (covering pricing, renewals, refunds, and cancellation) presented to you at the point of purchase; those terms will supplement these Terms, and nothing here obligates you to pay for anything until you expressly subscribe under them.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any result, score, or external data will be accurate or reliable.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rv.studio and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from real-world decisions (including any trade or bet), even if advised of the possibility. To the extent any liability is not excludable, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless rv.studio and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms or any law, or your infringement of anyone's rights — including any claim relating to a real-world decision you made.

13. Suspension & termination

You may stop using rv.studio at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion — including for a breach of these Terms, an attempt to defeat the integrity or blindness controls, harm to other users or the service, or where required by law — with or without notice depending on the circumstances. On termination, your right to use the Platform ends; sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) survive.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide reasonable notice — for example, by posting the revised Terms here and, where appropriate, notifying you. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the Platform.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, together with applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and rv.studio agree that the state and federal courts located in Idaho will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts — except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Where any matter is governed by U.S. federal law — including, without limitation, federal requirements concerning unlawful content and the detection, preservation, and mandatory reporting of child sexual abuse material — that federal law applies and is not displaced by the choice of Idaho law above. Nothing in these Terms limits any obligation we have, or any action we may take, to comply with applicable law or lawful process.
