The sealed ledger
An append-only record of who saw what, when, in which role — written at every state transition. It never stores the secret itself, only a proof of exactly what each party could see. Your blindness tier is computed from it.
The compliance certificate
At resolution, every run gets an immutable certificate: separate analyst, blind monitor, sealed binding — met or not — and the tier earned. The receipt that the session ran at the tier it claims. Never self-declared.
Tier isolation
Calibration is computed per blindness tier. Verified accuracy counts only certified double- and triple-blind sessions. Looser work sits beside it, labeled and secondary. It can never touch the verified number.
None of this proves remote viewing works — and we don't claim it does. What the ledger, the certificate, and tier isolation guarantee is that whatever your numbers turn out to be, they are not an artifact of who knew what. That clean record is the product.
