Terms of Service

  • rv.studio is a platform for practicing and measuring remote viewing, perception & intuition. It makes no claim of proven psychic ability and provides no financial, medical, legal, or other professional advice.
  • Access is request-to-join and may be granted, declined, suspended, or revoked at our discretion.
  • Sample calibration figures shown on this site are illustrative and do not represent any individual's results.
  • ARV and the predict board are a calibration-bound experiment with honest base rates — not a betting product or financial edge.
  • Paper money is a virtual practice bankroll only: credits with no monetary value, not a wager and not cashable.

Privacy

How we handle your data, in summary (the Terms of Service govern):

  • Your sessions and calibration record are yours. We use account data to operate the service and to compute your calibration.
  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • Authentication is handled through the unified sign-in (Google, Microsoft, or magic-link); we store only what's needed to identify your account.
  • Images and media you upload may be processed by automated safety systems — which may include third-party providers — to detect illegal content such as CSAM. Detected matches may be preserved and reported to the appropriate authorities (including NCMEC) as required by law. See the Terms for details.
  • Content you choose to encrypt end-to-end is stored only in encrypted form that we cannot read.

rv.studio is method-agnostic and is not partnered with, sponsored by, or a sponsor of any organization, institute, author, program, or other party listed or implied on this site. References to declassified archives, institutes, associations, authors, and papers are provided for independent study only and do not imply any affiliation, partnership, or endorsement in either direction. The CIA Stargate / SRI / CRV material is cited as historical context for the discipline, not as a method we teach or an entity we represent. All names, trademarks, and works are the property of their respective owners.
