Right now hosting an event only supports ARV: you have to author a real-world binary question with two
options and then declare an outcome. There is no way to host a plain target event — pick a pool, let
the platform seal a target, have everyone work it blind, then reveal and score.

The original need is an in-person, offline event. The group meets, works the target on paper, and
then uploads their readings to be scored and compared afterwards. Some attendees are members; some are
walk-ins who do not have an account, so the host needs to be able to upload on their behalf.

What this should support:

Pool-drawn target, sealed by the platform — either one shared target for the whole group, or an

independent draw per participant, chosen by the host.

Host-chosen decoys — target only (reveal and discuss), 1 target + 1 decoy, or 1 target + 3 decoys.

The number of decoys is what makes a score possible, so it is the host's first decision.

A choice of judging, locked for the event so the results stay comparable: each viewer judges their

own, a single designated judge (usually the host), a group panel, or the AI analyst.

Offline aggregation — the work happens on paper, uploads close before the reveal, and the host can

upload for named guests who have no account.

AI judging credits — either each participant spends their own, or the host elects to cover the

whole room from their balance.

Blindness is preserved the same way it is online: the platform seals the target and never serves it,
uploads are refused once the event locks, and the reveal happens only after that. Readings recorded off
the platform are marked as such and stay out of the global leaderboards, since no one can audit another
group's room — but they score normally inside the event.
